Named for the beautiful trees in San Pedro, Jacaranda Gourmet Shop Cafe and Catering has been described in the L.A. Sandwiches run the gamut from familiar chicken salad, roast beef or turkey to more offbeat selections like liverwurst or Boar's Head bologna. Salads get inspiration from the flavors of China, Greece, Mexico, California and even Michigan. That'd be the Michigan Caesar salad with romaine, crumbled blue cheese, Roma tomatoes and croutons.
