It was April 1, 1985 - our first day in the store... The entire family sat around nervously waiting for that first customer to come in. Dozens of questions filled our minds with fear: "Would they like us? Would they like our style of food and entertaining? What if no one comes?" But, people did come and our questions were answered in positive ways. And that day is a day that our entire family will cherish forever.

Here at Jacaranda, we LOVE food; we LOVE to entertain, and we LOVE to help people. Nothing excites us more when we have customers come in and say, "I want to have a party, but I have no idea what kind of food to serve." Our spines tingle when we prepare the food and even more when we receive your rave reviews. We love a catering challenge and we are delighted to share our epicurean experiences with you.
